
IT Consultant - Service Now (m/w/d)

These tasks await you with us:
Strategic Planning:
- Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, work closely with other business functions to articulate business needs, and translate them into an appropriate solution design.
- Define and detail overall platform architecture of ServiceNow and on-prem systems with architect of integration from other areas within organization.
Platform Management:
- Developing and customizing, including outlining the architecture, workflows, and configurations of ServiceNow in area of ITSM / ESM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge DB, and Configuration Management.
- Designing and implementing workflows, user interfaces, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Assisting with the integration of ServiceNow with external systems and applications via APIs and web services.
- Implementing user and role management as well as customizing dashboards and reports.
- Collaborating closely with departments to ensure optimal solutions.
- Manage ServiceNow releases and upgrades, including design, develop, testing, deployment, and post implementation review.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor ServiceNow performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement optimization initiatives to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certified Application Developer and minimum two Implementation Specialist Certifications.
- Several years of experience in developing and implementing Ser-viceNow solutions
- Experience in developing workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and other ServiceNow-specific scripts
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) process and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to in-teract with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and resource management.
- Knowledge of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Li-brary) framework is a must.
- Ambitious and intuitive individual who work under organization direc-tives towards agreed goals/targets with creative approach.
- Experience with rollout of service management in organization with international visibility or cross continent locations.
Not mandatory:
- Experience in the administration of Ivanti Tool.
- CTA Certification.
